The Acculete Heavy-Duty Wall Hook Set creates three dedicated resistance-training anchor positions in your home, studio, practice or facility.

The set includes three hooks, designed to be installed at different heights:

High
For pulldowns, high-angle pulls and other overhead or downward resistance exercises.

Mid
For rows, presses, rotational movements and a wide range of upper-body exercises.

Low
For squats, hinges, low pulls and other lower-body or upward-resistance movements.

Together, the three positions let you quickly move the Acculete Smart Anchor from one training angle to another without repeatedly finding a new place to secure it.
